Refund Policy
Effective June 26, 2026 Version 2
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to TickForge billed on tickforge.app by GrepForge Solutions Inc. ("GrepForge", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.
Our refund commitment
We offer a prorated refund on cancellation. When you cancel a TickForge subscription, you receive a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period, calculated to the day, returned to your original payment method.
This is the policy we promise to honor. It applies regardless of why you are cancelling.
How to request a refund
- Cancel your subscription in the customer portal on tickforge.app. Cancellation takes effect immediately and your refund is initiated automatically for the unused portion.
- Or email support@grepforge.com with the email address on the subscription and a short description of the issue. We will cancel and issue the refund for you.
You do not need to provide a reason. We may ask one follow-up question to make the next version of TickForge better, but answering it is not a condition of the refund.
How prorated refunds are calculated
The base amount for prorated refunds is the net amount we received — the price you paid, minus the payment-processing fee deducted by our third-party payment processor. The processing fee is held by the payment processor and never reaches GrepForge.
The refund equals the portion of that net amount that corresponds to the unused days in your current billing period, counted to the day.
Sales tax that was collected at the time of the original charge is refunded proportionally where the law permits.
How long refunds take
- Issued within 2 business days of cancellation or your refund request, whichever comes first.
- Visible on your statement typically 5 to 10 business days after we issue the refund. The exact timing depends on your card issuer or bank; we cannot influence the back-end clearing time.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Our third-party payment processor handles the back-end mechanics.
Failed-charge handling
If a renewal charge fails, your subscription will be put into a grace state and you will be notified by email. No refund is due in that situation because no successful charge occurred. Resolve the payment method in the customer portal on tickforge.app to keep your subscription active.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank before contacting us, we will treat that as a refund request. We will not contest a chargeback that falls within the prorated-refund commitment above. We ask only that you give us a chance to refund you directly first — it is faster and avoids the dispute fee that banks charge.
Plans purchased at a promotional rate
If you bought a plan at a promotional or discounted rate, the prorated refund is calculated against the price actually paid (after the discount), not the full list price.
When this policy does not apply
This policy covers TickForge subscriptions billed on tickforge.app. It does not apply to:
- Refunds on third-party purchases (e.g., if TickForge is ever sold through an app store, that store's refund policy controls).
- Services not sold by GrepForge.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The new effective date will appear at the top of this page and the version number will be incremented. For active subscribers, we will give at least 30 days' notice before a change that materially reduces refund rights takes effect.
